MappyDayz is developed by Mark Hubbard, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. This privacy policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and your rights.
What data we collect
Location data. When you tap Use current location or when the app re-optimises your route, MappyDayz reads your GPS coordinates. This is used solely to set your route starting point and optimise stop order. Location data is not sent to any server operated by us.
Address data. When you enter addresses, the app sends the postcode or address text to third-party services for resolution.

- Apple MapKit for route calculation and map display
Only the address query is sent. No personal information, device identifiers, or account details are transmitted.
Trip data. Trip names, stop addresses, completion notes, revisit timers, mileage figures, and route orders are stored locally on your device. This data is not uploaded to any cloud service.
Camera data. The text-scanning feature processes camera input on-device using Apple VisionKit. No images leave your device.
What we do not collect
- No account or personal information is required to use the app.
- No analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks are used.
- No data is shared, sold, or rented to third parties.
- No data is stored on servers operated by us.
